Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 4
  • Sliced onions – 1 cup
  • Coconut grated – ½ cup

  • Green chillies – 2

Method: Whip up all the ingredients. Add salt and bit of pepper to taste. Pour on to a hot pan and turn over when one side is done. When it is fully cooked to light brown colour, slit it to pieces and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 3
  • Homemade Mayo – 3 Tsp

Method: Bring all the eggs to boil. You can make the eggs fully boiled or can keep it half
boiled. To half boil the eggs, it takes 5 min. To fully boil the egg, boil for 8 min. Enjoy the
eggs with some fried veggies. Keep the eggs in a small bowl. Drizzle mayo over the eggs.
Sprinkle some herbs and serve the delicious eggs. Enjoy!

Italian Casserole

Protein packed breakfast and it can be a great breakfast for weekends or for days you are looking for some change in your usual taste.
Ingredients:

  • 5 oz. cauliflower
  • 10 oz. Italian sausage
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 oz. shredded cheese
  • 4 tablespoons fresh Rosemary
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 oz. butter

Method: Add the butter to a skillet and fry the cauliflower. Cut the sausage to small pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper and fry on a skillet. Spread the sausage and cauliflower on the baking tray. Pour egg mixture, whipping cream and sprinkle rosemary leaves. Bake it for 30 min at 400°F.

Keto Cinnamon coffee:

Who doesn’t love to start their day with freshly brewed coffee? It is a prefect way to start a cozy day.
Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon powdered nuts
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Method: Mix coffee and cinnamon powder in a saucepan. Brew it with hot water. Whip the cream using a whisk and add to the coffee. Pour it into a coffee mug and serve with more whipping cream on top. Sprinkle some powdered nuts and cinnamon powder on top.
